At Carmela Guida’s Pilates Studio we provide a private and comfortable setting for all ages and abilities to enjoy the benefits of a full body workout. Private and semi-private tuition in her equipped studio in Putney Heath SW15 or mat-workout in your own home. Carmela has a warm and gentle approach, her classes are suitable for men and women, from beginners to advanced, she like to create a trusting and friendly relationship with her clients, so offering a totally relaxed and effective full body movement session. Carmela’s life experience led her to specialise in Pre and Postnatal, Injury Rehabilitation and Sports/Dance Performance.
